POP - K PROCESS INKS

Pop-K is a rub-resistant , oxidative drying type ink, and the ink mostly consists of varnishes and vegetable oils. This is a fundamental difference with conventional sheet fed inks, where they are mostly composed of mineral oil. Pop-K also contains a high amount of varnishes to strengthen the sking of the ink and has high rub- resistance over polyolefin type synthetic paper, such as Yupo paper of Oil. It has good adhesion and drying when printed on non-permeable material.

EXODOR

The new EXODOR series has been formulated specifically to satisfy the demanding requirements that are posed by the printing of packing foodstuffs, cigarettes, chocolates and cosmetics. The range has been developed to meet the stringent odour and taint properties demanded by print buyers. It has also been designed to produce excellent print quality. EXODOR sets new standards in printing of packing for these products.

NCP 8C TP PROCESS INKS

NCP OCTA series is an ink developed for Heidelberg. Rolland and Mitsubishi's inverse type 8 colour printing machines and also for komori and akiyama's straight type 8 colour printing machines. The titled NCP 8C TP, is an ink exclusively designed keeping the basic structure of NCP OCTA and has further improved the problem of ink piling on the impression cylinder. NCP 8C TP has also succeeded in obtaining excellent gloss.

1. Better print performance and better stability on the 8C press has contributed to the prevention of ink piling on the impression cylinder with ceramic jackets.
2. Through numerous modifications, we have succeeded in achieving equal gloss values as our conventional Geos-G ink series.
3. Non- skin properties have been added contributing to reduction of working time in the ink fountain.
4. Rub resistance has been improved, compared with our Geos-G ink series.

CALIBRE PROCESS INKS

LOTUS PLUS
